皆様、本日はご多忙の中、ご出席頂き誠にありがとうございます。
改めて高いところから失礼いたします。
株式会社アクアプランネットは2024年6月15日を持ちまして、設立30年を迎えました。
この記念すべき日に、ここにご参集の多くの皆様と共に過ごせることを大変嬉しく思います。また、これまでの30年間を振り返り、私たちの成長と成功を支えてくださった全ての皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。
さて、30年前、「世界中の人々に生きる感動を提供し心の豊かな社会の実現を追求する」「for Living Well～より良く生きるために」。という企業理念のもとに、株式会社アクアプランネットは設立されました。
創業者である福政惠子と私、そして数人のスタッフと共に、三重県松阪市の小さな教室から全ては始まりました。当時珍しかった、一人ひとりの生徒に徹底的に向き合い、全力で指導を行うカウンセリング塾として、子供達の自信と好奇心を育み、一人一人がより良い人生を歩む為の手助けがしたい、そんな熱い思いで溢れていたことを思い出します。
そしてそんな我々の元には本日も出席しております辻、中林、西井、砂田といった志を同じくする仲間達が集まり、いつしか三重から大阪、兵庫、名古屋へとその輪は広がっていきました。
その後、飲食事業、ライフスタイル事業、地域プロモーション事業と、多岐に渡る事業においてお客様のより良い人生の為に取り組む複合企業へと成長して参りました。
この30年間でざっと単純計算ではございますが、教育事業部では23,000名以上の卒業生を送り出し、フード事業、地域プロモーション事業、ライフスタイル事業の総計では、のべ28,000,000人以上のお客さまにお越しいただいています。
その全ての生徒・お客さまに果たしてfor living well、幸せは届けられたのか。変化の激しい現代にあって、私たちは常に自問自答を繰り返しながら歩みを止めず学び、成長し続けていかねばなりません。
さて、話は変わりますが「ジョーブラックによろしく」という映画はご存知でしょうか？クライマックスのスピーチシーンで名優アンソニーホプキンスがこう言います。
「65年・・・・・・瞬く間でした」
当時20代、とにかく目の前にいる生徒に全力で指導に当たっていた私は、一言で万を語るこのセリフに大変感動しました。この言葉に背中を押され、自分の道をひたすらに信じ、持てうる力を目の前の仕事に注ぎ込もうと確信しました。
そして記念すべき日を迎えた今日、そのセリフを自分自身が言うことが出来るかもしれない！と考えたのですが、、、
まだまだ先でした、、、やりたいこと、できること、しなければならない事が数え切れないほどあります。いつか、将来、本当に心からそう感じたときにこのセリフを使いたいと思います。
昨年度には、近鉄百貨店秋田会長とのご縁による新店オープンにあたり、FCディベロップメント事業部も発足、私共アクアプランネットは社員一同のwell being を実現しながら、for living well,より多くお客様により良い人生を提供して参ります。皆様には今後益々ご指導ご鞭撻のほどをよろしくお願い申し上げます。
わたくしの話はこのくらいに致しまして、本日はブュッフェスタイルでは最高峰のディナーを、弊社の誇るシェフたちが腕を振るって準備致しましたので、乾杯の前に少しご紹介させて下さい。
この後はこれからの飲食事業部を担う私の自慢のシェフ達の料理とビールをお楽しみ頂ければと思います。

Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much for coming today despite the bad weather and your busy schedules. Please allow me to speak to you from the stage.
Aqua Planet Co., Ltd. celebrated its 30th anniversary on June 15, 2024. We are delighted to spend this memorable day with so many of you. As we look back on the past 30 years, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our growth and success.
Thirty years ago, Aqua Planet Co., Ltd. was founded with the mission "to inspire people around the world and create a society rich in spirit" under the slogan "for Living Well."
Founder Keiko Fukumasa, a few staff members, and I started everything from a small classroom in Matsusaka city. We were driven by a passionate desire to help each child build confidence and curiosity, and to guide them towards a better life. it was rare at the time to offer tailored instruction and to focus on each individual student. I remember how dedicated we were to this mission.
And with us, we had like-minded colleagues like Tsuji, Nakabayashi, Nishii, and Sunada, who are here today. Together, we gradually expanded from Mie to Osaka, Hyogo, and Nagoya.
Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse company. We’ve expanded into lifestyle sector, and regional promotion sector all with the aim of making our customers’ lives better.
Over the past 30 years, our education sector over 23,000 students. In our food, regional promotion, and lifestyle businesses combined, we have served over 28 million customers.
Have we truly delivered “for living well” and happiness to all of these students and customers? In a rapidly changing world, we must continuously reflect on this question, never stopping in our pursuit of learning and growth.
Has anyone here seen the movie “Meet Joe Black”? In the climactic speech scene, the great actor Anthony Hopkins says,
65 years… it went by in a flash.”
When I was in my twenties, with my motto being “single-minded devotion,” I was deeply moved by this line that speaks a lot in just a few words. This phrase gave me the push I needed to believe in my path, to pour all my energy into it, and to move forward.
And today, I thought that I might actually be able to say that line myself!
I realized it’s still far off… There are so many things I want to do, can do, and must do. One day, in the future, when I truly feel it, I hope to use that line.
Last year, we launched our FC Development Division to open a new store in partnership with Mr. Akita Kintetsu Department Store.At Aqua Planet, we are committed to achieving the well-being of all our employees while striving to help more customers live better lives. We ask for your continuous guidance and support.
Tonight, we have prepared a top-tier buffet-style dinner, made by our proud chefs. Before we toast, let them introduce briefly.
Please enjoy the food and beer prepared by my proud chefs, who will be leading our food division in the future.
